Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
- Mix the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Fold in the optional cooked rice or pasta until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out.
- Add the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days and reheated easily.
