Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the chicken tenderloins under cold water and pat dry.
- Place the tenderloins in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the tenderloins in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a thermometer to ensure proper cooking temperature. Patting the chicken dry before seasoning helps achieve a golden exterior.
