Description

A comforting and cheesy chicken lasagna with layers of tender noodles, creamy sauce, and nutritious spinach, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Cooked chicken (fresh or leftover)
  • Spinach
  • Cream
  • mozzarella cheese
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil until soft, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  5. Mix cream, salt, pepper, ricotta, and some mozzarella in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Layer the noodles, chicken-spinach mixture, creamy sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella until all ingredients are used.
  7. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Let the lasagna rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing for cleaner portions. This dish can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated.
