A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce in your slow cooker. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, or until hot and the cheeses are melted.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella until everything is melted and smooth.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for convenience. For a lighter version, consider low-fat cream cheese and dressing.
