A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce in your slow cooker. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, or until hot and the cheeses are melted.
  3. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella until everything is melted and smooth.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for convenience. For a lighter version, consider low-fat cream cheese and dressing.
