Description

A creamy, comforting one-pot pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and a cheesy Alfredo sauce, ready in 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 6–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until combined.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Swap Greek yogurt for some of the cream to lighten the dish. For gluten-free, use GF pasta.
