  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the chicken pieces to the pan, cooking until browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and heavy cream, followed by the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
