A creamy and zesty buffalo chicken dip made with cottage cheese, perfect for gatherings or game day.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese is beautifully melted.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or in a hollowed-out bread bowl. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
