Description
A creamy and zesty buffalo chicken dip made with cottage cheese, perfect for gatherings or game day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese is beautifully melted.
- Garnish with freshly chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or in a hollowed-out bread bowl. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
