Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir continuously until the cream cheese melts and the mixture becomes a smooth sauce.
- Add the drained penne pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Gently mix until the pasta is completely coated and the cheese is evenly melted.
