A creamy and spicy Buffalo chicken dip perfect for game day or cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until combined.
- Set the crockpot to low heat and let it cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and integrated.
- Once creamy and hot, serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, alongside tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
For a spicier dip, use more buffalo sauce or add diced jalapeños. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
