Description

A creamy and spicy Buffalo chicken dip perfect for game day or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until combined.
  2. Set the crockpot to low heat and let it cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and integrated.
  4. Once creamy and hot, serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, alongside tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use more buffalo sauce or add diced jalapeños. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
