Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
