Creamy, spicy, and utterly irresistible, this dip combines shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, and tangy buffalo sauce for a perfect party snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Vegetables or chips for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Mix in half of the cheddar cheese until distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese if using.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cream cheese. This dip is best served warm with chips or veggies for dipping.
