Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine chicken with pineapple, bell pepper, onion, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a rimmed sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving over rice.
