Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, and pepper so each piece is lightly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot. Add olive oil if needed.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer, searing for about 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Lower the heat slightly, add the minced garlic and honey, stirring and coating the tenders for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Remove the tenders from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with rice or veggies for a balanced meal. Adjust garlic and honey for desired flavor.
