Description
A simple oven-baked chicken breast coated in a creamy yogurt-and-Parmesan mixture that stays juicy and tender.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Mix together the yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the yogurt-Parmesan mixture over each breast.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
Consider using freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Adjust seasoning based on the saltiness of the cheese used.
