Description

A creamy, cheesy comfort casserole with golden bubbly top and tender spaghetti, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gently stir the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti into the sauce until everything is well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan evenly over the top. Add breadcrumbs if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add hot sauce to the sauce mixture. This casserole reheats well and improves in flavor the next day.
