Description
Juicy and well-seasoned boneless chicken breasts, roasted to perfection with minimal fuss.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, or basil) for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and choose a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer.
- Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the marinade, rubbing it in so each piece is fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.
- Check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pound or butterfly thick breasts for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
