  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to create your sauce.
  5. Once the chicken has reached a safe internal temperature, remove it from the skillet and coat it generously with the prepared sauce.
