Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Divide buffalo chicken between tortillas and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Optionally, grill in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
For best texture, store components separately and assemble just before serving. Use warm chicken for easier shredding.
