Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked noodles or rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, cooked noodles or rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to enhance the flavors.
