Ingredients
- Grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- Canned black beans (rinsed and drained)

- Chipotle-lime dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Grill the chicken until fully done, about 7-8 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, sweet corn, chopped romaine, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Layer the sliced chicken on top of the veggie mix.
- Drizzle the chipotle-lime dressing over the salad and toss gently.
